In the 40th episode of The 209 Journey, I interview local restaurant business owner, (of a few restaurants/bars in Turlock, Hilmar, and now Ripon too) Jerry Powell! He shares his story of growing up in Hughson, the first business he started, and more about the different restaurants he owns like Cuts Steakhouse, The Udder Place, Katana Sushi Bar, in Turlock, the Great American Grill in Hilmar, and the newest one, American Social in Ripon.
